Shareware License Agreement

NOTICE: By installing, operating, copying, distributing, or otherwise using Cam2Com, you agree to the terms of this Shareware License Agreement. If you don't agree to all statements in the Agreement, do NOT install the software.

Trial Period, Evaluation

The License extends for a single trial period of 30 days following your first installation of Cam2Com, after which saving of the picture files will automatically be disabled. You need to obtain a registration code to re-enable the software.

Registration

If you register your copy of Cam2Com with Sabsik, pay the License Fee and enter the Registration Code into the software, the License will remain in effect perpetually.

• If you use Cam2Com for personal use, you may install it on several computers with the same Registration Code.
• If you are an organization, you must purchase separate Registration Code for every computer on which Cam2Com is installed.

This license is not transferable.

There are no refunds after registering the software.

Software upgrades may or may not require additional license.

Distribution

You may provide copies of Cam2Com to others for their trial use as long as you:

1. Provide exact, unmodified copies of Cam2Com in the form in which you have received it from Sabsik, including all accompanying files, this Agreement, and all copyright, trademark, proprietary, and other notices;
2. Do not charge or collect any monetary or other compensation for or in connection with Cam2Com; and
3. Reference Sabsik as the sole source of Cam2Com and reference the official Cam2Com website www.sabsik.com/Cam2Com.

You cannot share your Registration Code with others.

Support

Sabsik may not be required to provide any technical support for the Cam2Com software.

This software uses Olympus Wheat ActiveX control and RyeDLL with Gold Non-Commercial license. The Non-Commercial license is described as following:

"Non Commercial use: This category includes personal use, educational use, corporate development and shareware/freeware applications. Applications created under this category can be distributed freely as long as there is no cost associated with them. A small handling fee may be charged consistent with shareware practices."
